Measurements in the table opposite is just the Crittall french doors with side windows, not the wooden frame around them.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Paint is flaking in some places, nothing a sand down/re-paint wouldn’t cover.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint point ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Union’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two side windows of equal width.
• Each side window is 59cm in width, 119cm in height and 3.1cm in depth.
• The side windows and all the wooden frame can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 99.5cm.
• If one side window is cut off, the door frame width is 164cm (including the wooden frame in between the door and a window).

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, clear.
• Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security.

• We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
• This would cost an extra £550.00.
• Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.

• The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of approximately: Double glazed: £1000, Single glazed £650.
• Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less.
• Single glazed glass would just be toughened.

• We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
