The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

Carefully removed by professional installers.
Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.
‘Crittall’ are still manufacturing windows & doors today. To order these new direct you would be looking at over £5,000 including VAT- see quotation for a similar sized set in photos. This price does not even include glazing.
CONDITION
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
MISSING PARTS/DEFECTS
– Paint has chipped away from door.
– 1 broken pane of glass and 3 cracked panes.
– Putty is missing from one of the panes of glass.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
SECURITY
3 point locking system (including top / bottom corners) making it very secure.
Comes with 1 key.
OPENING
The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
GLAZING
The glass is original and single glazed.
If you wanted to get the set sand blasted you would need to replace all the units, see below for costs:
We can get this door professionally sand-blasted/ stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
This would cost an extra £700.
Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.
The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of: Double glazed: £750, Single glazed £350.
COLOUR
The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is White.
