Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are a few paint chips in places around the frame and doors.
• Paint peeled and chipped in a few areas on either side, as you would expect to see on reclaimed vintage steel doors.
• There are no fixing screws with this item (for fitting the hinges to the frame) however, these can be purchased online for a low expense.

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
