We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Just the age related wear you would expect from original Crittall windows.
Security
- There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is thick single glazed – toughened, clear.
- If you wanted to get the set sand blasted you would need to replace all the units, see below for costs:
- We can get this window professionally sand-blasted/ stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
- This would cost extra – please call for a quotation.
- Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.
- The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of around: Double glazed: £250, Single glazed £150.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Grey.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
