Aluminium Patio/Sliding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Westpark Windows & Doors’.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.
Comes with Laminated Glazing which would have cost around £1,500 alone giving extra security and soundproofing.
Also these are duel colour which would cost another £1,500.
There is a 4cm height extender on the top of the frame.
Condition
- Part installed and removed the same day.
- Excellent/ as new condition both sides.
- Small scratches on the external side (see photos), however, these could be touched up to make less visible.
- A bump stop for one sliding door is missing (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online.
Security
- 5 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘Carl F’ keys.
Opening
- The doors slide open left and right from the middle, when viewing from the outside.
- The main traffic door is on the left, when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, Laminated, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is 7016M (Matt) Grey and internally is 9910HG (Gloss) Hipca White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black.
