Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Odd faint/light marks on the handle, however these are not exactly noticeable and could easily be hidden with a touched up pen if desired.
• Upon manufacture, the rain sill is internally placed.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
