Profine Brown (Rosewood) French Doors
UPVC French Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Profine’.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day by professional fitter.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Defects
- Chip in to left corner of frame externally- however once installed this would be hidden within the frame.
- Few very light cosmetic storage marks externally.
- One hinge slightly scratched, but could easily be touched up with some touch up paint.
Security
- 9 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened Planitherm with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has leaded Georgian bars externally o the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
