Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Has no keys but can be locked with the inside handle.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 52mm thick triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
