We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. -We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

High quality Aluminium/Wood (Clad) Fixed Window, bespoke made by Rationel.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- One screw has been drilled through the frame and has put a crack in the glass. The glazing is triple glazed though and this is on the inside, so should not ever cause any condensation inside.
- Ali-cladding raised slightly on one corner- see last photos for defects.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 52mm triple glazed, clear, toughened with metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
