Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Very clean condition on both sides.
- Screw holes on the external side of the frame, and the internal side of the door from previous doorbell and letterbox cage (see photos) – these could be easily filled and touched up.
- Small scratch to the external side of the door (see photos) which could be easily touched up and made less visible.
- Missing end cap for the center hinge (see photos) – these can be purchased online at a small expense, or you could just simply swap it for the end cap on the top hinge to make it less noticeable.
- Letterbox is slightly weathered. Replacement can be purchased online for a small expense.
- Spy hole is slightly scratched – this can also be replaced online for a low expense.
Security
- 3 point locking system made by ‘Vectis’ making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, decorative, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Distorted glazing with a decorative pattern inside the glass.
Colour
- The colour externally is Red and internally is White, with a White frame externally and internally.
- The handles & hinges are Chrome.
