Composite Front Door in Woodgrain Red, bespoke made to a high quality.
Would cost around £1,200 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Chips to the paint on the exterior handle (see photos) – this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation of the handle.
- Screw holes on the door and frame (see photos) – these could be easily filled.
- Residue on the external surface from the previous door number (see photos) – this could be touched up, or concealed with a new replacement door number.
- Some paint on the hinges (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
- Scratches on the sill (see photos) which could also be touched up.
- Marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation which will be concealed once installed again.
- Sill end caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glazing, with a lovely stained glass design.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Red and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame externally and a White frame internally.
- The colour of the handles is White and the hinges are Solid Brass.
