Condition

• As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• The bottom locking point is missing (see photos), however, the door still locks and shuts like usual and replacements are available to purchase online.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, distorted, frosted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the door knob is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
