uPVC Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Rehau’.
Would cost around £4,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Screw holes in two sections of beading from previously hung blinds (see photos) – these could be filled, or covered with new replacement blinds.
- Screw holes on the internal side of the door and frame (see photos) from previously installed alarm system – these could also be filled, or covered with a new replacement alarm.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
