Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Light scratches on handle – you can touch these up or replace them.
• Door hooks have rusted these can be re painted or replaced or removed and the holes filled.
• Residue mastic around the side of the frame can be covered by trim for a low expense.
• One of the internal doors has a small screw hole this can be filled.

Missing Parts

Internal Vent missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense

• 7 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
