Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Screw hole on the external side, these could be filled.
• Missing sill ends caps.

Missing Parts

• Internal vents, Hinge top hat Covers missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 7 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
