As well as meeting the highest Energy Saving standards, REHAU window systems have been tested in accordance with and meet the highest requirements of BS7412 for the standard of a manufactured window. REHAU windows and doors are tested to the highest security standard giving you an added level of security to your home and family.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• This frame has been glued in all 4 corners and also has 2 metal brackets on the top of the frame to make it more secure. Once installed this will be secured.
• Excess glue can be sanded and will be hardly noticeable.

Security

• 7 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 40.5cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 184.8cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 225.3cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
