Rehau Upvc Brown (Light Golden Oak) Fixed Window
PLEASE NOTE: Only comes complete with one pane of glass, so you can either cut the extra sidelight off or order a new pane of glass. It would be hard to match the existing pane of glass as its slightly tinted.
High quality uPVC / PVCu Fixed Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by Rehau.
Would cost around £800 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
-Light scratches at the top of the window frame- however these are only cosmetic and do not affect the window at all.
Missing Parts/Defects
Light scratch marks on the external side of the window- these are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the windows at all.
Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Opening
• Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
•Glazing we have is 28mm thick Triple Glazed, Clear, toughened with silver metal spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency. There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• There is only one pane of glazing with this item but we can order the missing one at a cost of £145 total inc VAT- this would be 28mm and not triple glazed. If you want tripled glazed please contact us for a quote.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm triple toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations.
