You’ll immediately notice the benefits of the thermally efficient 9 chamber design and modern glazing, whilst retaining the character of your home, thanks to it being traditionally transformed by Residence 9.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• High quality 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing and also internally and externally stuck on giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
