Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• No handles or sill end caps, which can both be purchased online for a small expense.

Security

• 4 point ‘Elite’ locking system making it very secure.
• No keys are with this item as they would come included with new handles.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars both internally inside the glazing and externally stuck on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
