Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing handles and vent covers which can both be purchased online for a low expense.

Security

• 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this item as they would be supplied along with new handles.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
