uPVC Casement Window in Cream, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.
We can replace the glazing to clear for £120 total including VAT.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Missing handles and vent covers which can both be purchased online for a low expense.
Security
- 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Distorted glass with a decorative texture.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream, with a matching frame either side.
