uPVC Casement Window in woodgrain Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.
Would cost around £700 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- As new, was part-installed and removed the same day, so it is in excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There is a small amount of residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- The handles are missing, however these can be purchased online (complete with keys) for a low expense.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Grey, with a matching frame either side.
