uPVC Casement Window in White, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.

Condition
- Brand new never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
Security
- 4 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut using the handle. Replacement handles can be purchased online for a small expense.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.
