uPVC Fixed Window in Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection (R9)’.

Would cost around £300 each if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition

• As new, was part-installed and removed the same day. Excellent condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing sill end caps, which can be purchased online for a low expense.

Opening

• This window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £50 total inc VAT, this will take approx 5 days to be delivered to us.
  This glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  The glazing will also pass building regulations.
