Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Good condition and in fully working order, but do some have light cosmetic defects:

Slight scratches on the frame (would be covered by trim when installed). Small chip in the paint on top of main door. Faint marks around the doors and frame.

Door clip broken to hold the doors together when open (£10 for a replacement online).

Security

Multi-point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.

There are no keys with this door as they are key-less and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the right.

Doors are top-hung.

Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.

There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
