Condition

• Brand-New, never installed.
• Mismeasure made to slightly the wrong specifications and is now surplus to requirements.
• Two small dents at the top, and one larger dent on the side, of one door (see photos). A competent fitter would be able to bend these back into shape upon installation.

Security

• 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.
• There are no handles on these doors, they only operate via the key. This offers higher security.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £345 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and internally is white, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Anthracite Grey coloured furniture.
