Roseview Upvc White Box Sash Window

High quality uPVC / PVCu Box Sash Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by Roseview.
Would cost around £500 each if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Window 2 measurements width: 55.5cm height: 192.7cm
- Window 3 measurements width: 55.5cm height: 192.5cm
- Window 4 measurements width: 55.8cm height: 191.8cm
Defects
- Window 4 has been cut from the top which has changed the height of the window but this can be covered by trim when installed.
- Please see last photo(s) relating to the defects.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key per window.
Opening
- Operates via springs.
- Both windows slide up and down and tilt internally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

- The colour externally and internally is White
