High quality uPVC Box Sash Window, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Roseview’.
Originally cost nearly £1,000 (see invoice for £711.75, this does not include VAT). This was in 2022 before all the high price increases, so today would be over £1,000+.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Keyless lock by the internal clasps.
Opening
- Operates via springs.
- Both window sections slide up/down and tilt inwardly (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The handles are Chrome and the hinges are Silver.
