CONDITION
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
SECURITY
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
OPENING
- Both window sections slide up/down and tilt inwardly (see photos).
- The mechanism operates via springs.
GLAZING
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars both externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace all the glazing- we can order new glazing for £120 total including VAT.
COLOUR
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome.
