We are not sure on the age of this door, however it looks modern.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small scratches on the external side of the door (see photos), however, these are purely cosmetic and will not be visible when the door is closed. They could also be touched up easily.
• The foam Q-Lon Gasket is slightly frayed (see photos), however, this does not effect the function in anyway, and new gasket could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Security

• 3 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, bevelled, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
