Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There are some slight scratches around the doors and some slight paint wear, the D handle has slight paint wear. Part(s) are metal and so could easily be hidden with some touch up paint or replaced online at a low expense.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint (Shoot bolts) locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When fully open, and all 2 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• These have no external locking barrel so can only be locked & opened from the inside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
