Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Great condition.
• The glazing has been scratched and some of the tinted film has started peeling, however the glazing can be replaced for £295 total including VAT (28mm Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened).
• There are a some scratches in place around the doors and frame, however, these are only cosmetic and most could be touched up.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When fully open, and both doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no external handles, so the doors can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides additional security and a sleek modern appearance.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, mirrored/tinted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey Ral 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
