uPVC Back Door, bespoke made to the highest quality by Selecta Systems.
Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Light marks on the handle and the hinges, however these are hardly visible as they have been touched up.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 24mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
