• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a small cosmetic dent in the wood, however this is only seen when the door is open (see photos).

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• This item does not have an external handle, and can only be locked/operated from the inside. This provides extra security and a sleek modern appearance.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the left and slides to the right, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 44mm thick triple glazed, clear, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver.
