Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Two screw holes on the external side of the door which can be easily filled and touched up (see photos).
• Slight crack to the trim on the internal side of the sliding door (see photos) – this is hardly noticeable. It is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation or integrity of the doors in any way.

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
