Not sure on the exact age of this product, but it is modern and appears to have seen little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Scratches to one hinge (see photos) which could be easily touched up. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the doors in any way.
• Screw holes on the top of internal door from previous blinds this can be covered by trim, see in photos.

Security

• 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
