Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is a few screw hole on the internal side. Defect(s) are only cosmetic and do not affect the operation of the product at all (Please see last photo’s).
• The gasket at the bottom of frame has become brittle, however a replacement can be purchased online (Please see last photo’s).
• The hinge cap covers are missing, however these can be purchased online.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is White.
