Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- The bolt is missing from one of the bolt locks and the handle for the door is missing as well (see photos), however, replacements are available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
- The wood is split on the internal side and there is small dents on the external side (see photos) however, these could all be repaired by a competent carpenter.
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear.
- Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
