Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
• Two of the external Georgian Bars are missing, however these can be purchased online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. New handles can be purchased online, and would come complete with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is Cream and internally is White, with a Cream frame externally and a White frame internally.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
