Aluminium White Fixed Window
High quality Aluminium French Doors by ‘Smart- Alitherm Heritage’.
Only a few years old and have had very little use.
Would cost over £10,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Window is externally beaded.
- 3 Georgian bars on the outside comes separately, however these could easily be glued back to the glazing.
- Missing drain cover caps, but these could be purchased online at very low cost.
- Light scratch on top of the frame internally, however this is hardly noticeable.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
