Condition

• Part installed and removed 6 weeks later due to being slightly the wrong specification.

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

-Odd light marks to the beading strips on both windows, could easily be touched up- see photos.

Opening

• Windows are fixed and do not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

• Has leaded Georgian Bars stuck externally on the glazing, if you want completely clear glass then you would have to change the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown RAL8016.
