Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• One small mark on the bottom of the external door – please see last photo. This could be easily touched up.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 5 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
