'Smart' Aluminium Grey Bi-Folding Doors
Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £7,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- One small mark on the bottom of the external door – please see last photo. This could be easily touched up.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 5 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
