Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition, only had a couple of years use.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• The sill does have a lot of scratches on it which in places we have touched up but you may look to replace.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and the main door stacks to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
• The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
