There is no glazing with this product but we can order it in – see the glazing section below.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• There is a small cosmetic scratch on the top right hinge please see in last photo. This can be easily touched up.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Smart’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the left. When fully open, both doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• This door has no external handles so can only be opened and locked from the inside. This offers a higher security and a more aesthetically pleasing look externally.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £345 total including VAT.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Moss Grey (RAL 7003), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Moss Grey (RAL 7003).
