Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• One piece of long bead was missing, but we have included another piece of beading in black, it would just need to be sprayed white to match and cut to length.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Keyless doors and are only locked shut from the inside.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the doors open in twos from the right.
• When fully open, both doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside- this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £495 total inc VAT for both panes.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argos Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
