Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Slight split in the gasket but you could source new ones from a smart supplier.

Missing Parts

3 pieces of weather gasket missing (one top piece and two bottom pieces – see final photo), however these can be purchased from a smart manufacture / supplier online.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key. Missing the key for the internal T handle.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and the 1 door stacks to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
• The combination incorporates a set of French doors, so you don’t have to have them all open at the same time.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
