Aluminium Bi-folding Doors in Grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.
Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
This item has the stunning ‘Smart Sensations’ textured Diamond Grey (SEN026) paint job, which would cost £2,000 alone.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Few cosmetic paint chips, but these could easily be touched up so are less visible. The chips right on the edge of the frame would be hidden with trim when installed- see last photos for defects.
- Paint peeling away from magnet but this can can be easily replaced at a low expense.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £495 total inc VAT.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order the glazing yourself, the units required are:Width: 70.2cm, Height: 217.6cm (x3 panes)
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Diamond Grey (SEN026), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Diamond Grey.
