The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Smart’.

Smart’ over the last 40 years has become the UKs leading supplier for aluminium glazing systems. They have built a reputation for the quality of their products, innovation and design. All their products are manufactured in the UK, where they hold the most modern and efficient manufacturing plant.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Scratches on the sill and beside the handle (see photos) – these could be easily touched up.
- Some of the gaskets around the glazing are slightly too short (see photos) – this can be purchased online for a small expense and easily replaced.
- Some marks on the frame from the previous installation, however these will be concealed with trim when installed again.
- There is wear on the bottom track from the shoot bolt.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system (top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- The doors open in twos from the right when viewing from the outside.
- When fully open, both doors stack to the left.
- Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
- There are no exterior handles, so they can only be opened/ locked from the inside – this offers higher security and gives a more aesthetically pleasing appearance externally.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- The handle is Chrome and the hinges are Black.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.
🌍 Purchasing pre-loved and surplus items reduces the demand for new products, thereby decreasing carbon emissions and the use of raw materials. Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
