To order these new direct would cost around £5,000.
Not sure on the age of these doors, but they are modern and don’t look very old.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
-Few light scratches in places, but are only cosmetic and could be touched up- see photos.
Security
Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 1 ISEO key.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When fully open, 2 doors stack to the left and 2 doors stack to the right.
Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is matt Slate Grey (RAL 7015), with a matching frame either side.
The colour of the handles is black and the colour of the hinges is black.
