High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors, bespoke made to the highest quality by Smart.
To order these new direct would cost around £5,000.
They have been professionally painted in the ‘Smart Sensations’, which is a special matt paint and looks stunning. This costs around £1,500 extra.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Security
5 point FUHR locking system making it very secure.
Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
Externally opening & stacking doors.
When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the right.
Doors are bottom rolling.
Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
The colour externally and internally is Matt White White with a Smart Sensations Glittery textured finish.
The colour of the handles is black and the colour of the hinges is black.
