Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes from previous hooks, these can be filled and touched up or covered with your own hooks.
• Small cosmetic dent on the top externally on one of the doors (please see last photo). This is purely cosmetic and does not effect the operation or integrity of the doors in any way.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 5 ‘Mila’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• This item comes with a low threshold.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Comes complete with Blinds inside the glazing which operates via a pull down cord.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
